WhitePage.Net will not give, sell, or otherwise transfer addresses maintained by WhitePage.Net to any other party for the purpose of initiating, or enabling others to initiate, unsolicited electronic mail messages. Violation of these terms is prohibited by the CAN_SPAM Act of 2003, Sec.5(b)(1)(B).

Please read these terms of use carefully.  By using this site and its database search tools, you signify your agreement with these terms of use. The WhitePage.Net terms of use agreement is designed to create a widely available email directory that cannot and will not facilitate spamming or abuse of web users email addresses.

Therefore, WhitePage.Net has developed this strict terms of use agreement to protect those whose email addresses are listed in its directory from receiving unwanted email. And, unlike many other major email address directories on the Internet, WhitePage.Net does not sell marketing mailing lists or email address information to anyone. WhitePage.Net's sole revenue is from advertisers on its site.

 

You agree that though some of the data accessible through the WhitePage.Net site may be public information, your use of the data, if you obtain it by using the software and or other search tools and property that are personal and/or proprietary property of WhitePage.Net, limits your use of the data to conformity with the terms contained herein. Except for the License granted to you under this Agreement, you further acknowledge and agree that all right, title, and interest in and to the WhitePage.Net Software, including associated intellectual property rights, are and shall remain with WhitePage.Net.

It is solely for use by those who agree to all the terms of use contained in this notice. WhitePage.Net email addresses database and search tools is intended for use by the general public to allow quick access to information on the email addresses of friends, acquaintances, pre-established business associates and relatives.

The materials in the WhitePage.Net email addresses database and search site may not be used by third parties for telemarketing, direct marketing, commercial mass e-mail or by agents or representatives or email spammers.  The database has been seeded with email addresses that can only be found in this database and if any of these seeded (poison for spammers or abusers) email addresses is sent email in violation of these terms then WhitePage.Net will aggressively pursue, including litigation, violators.

No Waiver.

 

The failure of either party to enforce any rights granted there under or to take action against the other party in the event of any breach there under shall not be deemed a waiver by that party as to subsequent enforcement of rights or subsequent actions in the event of future breaches.
